Carolyn's Army.
We were very hopeful and praying that this chemo would work for Carolyn. We had scans yesterday and heartbreakingly the chemo is not working. Try as hard as we might after trying 7 different lines of therapy not one had any real benefit. The only shining star was the outcome of her surgery at the Mayo Clinic. This is painful to share but we have exhausted any viable options at this point.
Our sweet girl has been suffering increasing edema and is barely mobile now. ...
