The HALO report prepared for All Saints shows that we make a big difference in the life of Cochrane and area. It looks at how we affect various socio-economic values.

The HALO Project is an initiative of the Cardus Institute. Inspired by research into social infrastructure in towns in the United States, the Halo Project seeks to evaluate the way churches, and other religious groups, contribute the common good of their neighbourhoods. While spiritual good is not quantifiable, there are measurable economic impacts. These measurements are taken by interviews and self-reporting from local congregations.

In late 2020, All Saints was asked to participate in the project by the Diocese. The "Halo Effect," which has been widely reported (see: https://nationalpost.com/news/religion-and-its-services-contribute-67-5-billion-to-the-canadian-economy-calculates-new-study) has now been calculated, among other interesting results, in the final report which was received in early June. A big thank you to all clergy and lay leaders who helped provide data for the Report!
